Anguleris Technologies, LLC (“Anguleris,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about how we collect, use, and handle it. This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Gaudi AI platform, available at askgaudi.ai, and any related services, integrations, or applications operated by Anguleris Technologies (“the Platform”).

Gaudi AI is an artificial intelligence platform designed to assist Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) professionals with design research, specification, BIM content generation, code guidance, workflow automation, and related tasks. Because the Platform processes user-submitted queries, project context, and other professional data to generate AI Outputs, we want to be clear about what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and applicable US state privacy laws. We will not do anything with your information that you would not reasonably expect.

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us:

  1. AI INPUTS, OUTPUTS, AND DATA USE 3.1 Your User Inputs The queries, prompts, project descriptions, and other content you submit to Gaudi AI are processed by our AI systems to generate responses. You retain ownership of your User Inputs. By submitting User Inputs, you grant Anguleris Technologies a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Platform services and, in anonymized form, to improve our AI systems as described in Section 2.2. 3.2 Confidential Project Information We understand that AEC professionals may submit project-sensitive information as part of their queries. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect User Inputs from unauthorized access or disclosure. Manufacturer insights

Gaudi Insights lets manufacturers with a paid account see aggregate information about how architects research their products in Gaudi. Manufacturers can see: how many times their products appeared in answers, how often those cards were opened or saved, which MasterFormat sections the questions fell in, paraphrased summaries of common questions in their categories, and which of their product pages Gaudi could not verify. Manufacturers cannot see who asked, the text of any question, or any information about other manufacturers. Counts based on fewer than three people are hidden. An architecture firm's name is shown to a manufacturer only if a firm administrator has turned on 'Manufacturer insights' in the firm's settings, and only for activity after that time; it can be turned off at any time. Gaudi Insights never affects which products Gaudi recommends.
